About the role: As a Staff Data Analyst, you will lead high-impact analytical work that shapes Crunchyroll’s content strategy - from greenlight to presentation to engagement and retention. You’ll define measurement frameworks, build certified data assets, and partner closely with Content Strategy, Programming, Product, and Licensor teams to deliver insights that guide multi-million-dollar decisions. This role operates with broad autonomy and plays a key part in raising analytical rigor, strengthening data quality, and establishing standards across the Fan Experience (FX) Team.
