This position is responsible for supporting provider services, provider operations and provider data support as well as enhancing internal and/or external relationships. Also acts as a liaison with providers through education, training, claims assistance, and ongoing provider service, and assist with the development and execution of process improvements as needed for Provider Relations success. NOTE: relocation is NOT offered; sponsorship is NOT available either now or in the future. This role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days.
