Summary/General Description of Job: Under direction of the Supervisor, the Mechanic is responsible for operation and maintenance of buildings to include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, HVAV and all other building related systems. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations) - Performs routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and installations of building systems on center. - Cleans, oils, makes repairs to equipment. - Observes and interprets readings on gauges, meters, and charts which register various aspects of operation. - Replaces obsolete equipment. - Plans, organizes work, and meets all deadlines.
