Position Summary The Legal Intern – Contract Support provides administrative and analytical assistance to the Legal team related to contract review, document preparation, and contract lifecycle management. This internship offers exposure to in-house legal operations and commercial contracting processes in a professional environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist with review of customer agreements and support preparation of standard contract documents - Help support and update contract records in the contract lifecycle management system - Support tracking of contract expirations, RFP coordination, and basic contract reporting - Assist with intake and routing of contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Work on special projects as assigned Knowledge & Skills: - Strong attention to detail and interest in legal and contractual work - Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments under supervision - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Ability to handle confidential...
