MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN: At Lithionics Battery®, we design advanced battery systems that offer real savings when replacing common battery chemistries. These are the most advanced Lithium-Ion batteries and may be found in low speed electric vehicles, boat, RVs and more. Important Qualities: What Does A Manufacturing Technician Do At Lithionics Battery? - Color vision . Assemblers who make electrical and electronic products must be able to distinguish different colors because the wires they work with often are color coded. - Dexterity . Assemblers should have a steady hand and good hand-eye coordination, as they must grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts and components that are often very small. - Math skills . Assemblers must know basic math and must be able to use computers, as the manufacturing process continues to advance technologically. - Physical stamina . Assemblers must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitious work. - Physical strength . Assemblers must be strong enough to lift or move heavy components within OSHA guidelines.
