Job Summary: The Medical Assistant (“MA”) is responsible for supporting daily clinic operations and assisting medical providers in the examination and treatment of patients in an outpatient healthcare setting. Under the supervision of a licensed provider, the MA performs routine clinical and administrative duties including patient intake, vital signs, specimen collection, injections, EKGs, medical documentation, scheduling, and insurance-related tasks.
