Purpose of Position: The WIOA Program Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and compliance of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)-funded programs. This role oversees program operations, staff supervision, data integrity, and performance outcomes, ensuring alignment with funder requirements and organizational goals.
