About the Role We are looking for a collaborative leader to partner with our existing IAM Operations’ teams to transform how Access Administration (e.g. provisioning / fulfillment) is delivered across the enterprise. Success in this role requires working alongside existing leaders to modernize processes, introduce automation, create capacity, and build a unified operating model that supports growth and improved user experience. You will play a central role in shaping the future of access operations by building upon the strong foundation currently in place. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner with IAM Operations to document and assess current centrally delivered services 2. Collaborate with business and technology teams to document and assess decentralised access processes 3. Identify automation opportunities to increase shared capacity 4. Evaluate and implement automation tooling with Operations as co‑owners 5.
