Immediate Opening: Skilled Caregiver: Location: New Bloomfield, MO Schedule: Monday-Friday flexible daytime hours Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring a dependable, experienced caregiver to support a client in New Bloomfield. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on care skills and solid experience supporting clients with memory care needs. Confidence, patience, and consistency are essential in this role. What You Will Do: - Support personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing - Provide memory care support and redirection as needed - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed - Perform light housekeeping tasks - Provide attentive companionship and supervision throughout the shift What We Are Looking For: - Previous professional caregiving experience - Experience working with clients who have memory care challenges is required - Confidence assisting with personal care and hygiene tasks - Calm, patient, and compassionate demeanor - Ability to manage care for two clients at the same time - At least 18 years of age - Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to pass a back...
