Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. - Ability to communicate in German fluently to work with clients in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns (Search, YouTube, Apps). - Understanding of the TV buying landscape. - Ability to connect back to activation on YouTube.
