Overview: Starting pay of $36.90, Pay will commensurate with experience Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: Supports new parents in providing newborn care, offers physical assessments, addresses questions, identifies needs, and helps to identify and facilitate referrals to community services or resources. Provides home visits in the determined catchment area and works in a multidisciplinary environment to schedule, visit, and support families. Adheres to the FC model, and to policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. Practices professional nursing and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and maintains a current Ohio Nursing License.
