At IDSS, our Participant Liaison Officers aren’t just coordinators — they’re our fairies . They are the people who quietly make things happen behind the scenes, remove barriers, connect the right supports, and help participants and families navigate complex systems with confidence. We’re looking for an experienced Participant Liaison Officer (PLO) to join our Bundaberg team — someone who brings strong knowledge of NDIS and Child Safety systems , exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex participant needs with professionalism and heart.
