Position Summary: The Information Technology Intern is responsible for supporting the business regarding hardware, software, and network infrastructure and tracking via a ticketing system. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring IT support for the organization's goals and user needs under management supervision. Qualifications: - Troubleshoot, identify root cause and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software and infrastructure - Assist with performing computer hardware maintenance, inventory and triaging issues under management supervision - Support hardware/software upgrades - Ability to solve problems, think analytically and adapt to changing environments - Maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT operating procedures - Monitor and support existing cybersecurity protocols - Other projects as assigned by management - Enrolled in a Computer Science degree - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent problem solving, organization and analytical skills - Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook - Must be a “hands on”, energetic, driven, and inquisitive technically - Work w...
