Job Duties: This is a list of current major job duties and expectations, but includes other duties as assigned. Manage assigned school & healthcare accounts in a manner that will ensure customer satisfaction while achieving Sales and Gross Profit Plan Goals. Develop a strong business relationship with customers within assigned business segments via phone and email contact. Includes contact with assigned accounts on a scheduled basis. Assist with and monitor customer orders via internet ordering systems, email, fax, or call in with a goal of all customers placing orders on-line.
