Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Manager – Total Rewards to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our total rewards programs—including compensation, benefits, and recognition—supporting a diverse, multi‑location workforce. Position Summary: This role is a blend of strategy and hands‑on execution . The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between big‑picture thinking and detailed work, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys solving complex people challenges. A strong focus of this role will be digital transformation , helping move legacy, paper‑based processes into modern, scalable HR systems— ADP experience preferred .
