Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote Senior Manager – Business Consulting The opportunity: EY GDS Poland is significantly scaling its Business Consulting practice. We are looking for Senior Managers who combine consulting delivery excellence with commercial drive and people leadership. Depending on your background, your domain focus will sit in one of our priority areas: Business Transformation, SAP-enabled change, or AI Implementation. Your market focus will align to one of our key geographies: UK & Ireland, DACH, or broader Europe. Regardless of specialisation, this is a four-dimensional role. You build demand, develop capability, grow people, and own delivery quality. All four. Not one or two.
