Overview The Department of Public Health invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Public Health. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, scholarship, service, and student mentorship within MPH and DrPH programs, with a primary emphasis on doctoral education. Responsibilities: Teaching: The successful candidate will: - Teach primarily courses within the Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program. - Teach MPH-level courses in Biostatistics and Epidemiology. Teach DrPH courses related to: - Stata and other statistical software applications - Health services research - Doctoral research seminars - Research seminars - Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of innovative, high-quality instruction that integrates theory, applied public health practice, and quantitative methods. Curriculum Development: A key responsibility of this position is collaboration with the Department Chair and faculty to: - Revise and strengthen curricula and course syllabi; - Support integration of biomedical sciences with public health education; - Enhance interdisciplinary and practice-oriented learning opportunities within MPH and DrPH pr...
