Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Regional Manager to join our team in Tucker, GA. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm, additional days and hours may be required Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of a region that include supervisors and phlebotomists working in a patient service center and/or client office locations · Work closely with large accounts to support operational services through phlebotomy · Recruit and train team members, support the general manager as well as conduct performance appraisals. · Set performance objectives Ensure patient flow, wait times, inventory levels are being properly maintained Ensure productivity and efficiency levels are being properly maintained. Achieve business goals and revenue targets. Ensure regular and timely completion of periodic inspections of patient service centers Assist in the setting up of new patient service centers Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisory staff. Manage internal and external stakeholder relations.
