Job description

Essential Functions: This position is responsible for: - Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities - Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior - Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this positon - Maintain quality standards for all products packaged using good manufacturing practices - Maintain highest efficiency possible based on standards set by company policy - Maintain proper weights, code dates, quantity ordered, top and bottom leak detection check, and gable seal checks on all products bottled - Taste all products to be bottled prior to starting that run for good, clean flavor - Sanitize filler every 30 minutes - Check butterfat of all white milk products prior to run - Maintain accurate records of all production run time, weight, downtime, temperature of products run, and packaging material dumped - Maintains professional and appropriate dress, hygiene and personal appearance Other responsibilities as assigned: Compensation: $29.21
