Position Highlights: Position: PSR Lead Location: 3329 75th St Woodridge: Full time 40hrs: Hours: M- F 8am-4:30pm: Required Travel: no: What you will do: Reviews department work schedules to ensure that all scheduled employees are present during their scheduled shift. Schedules staff for sufficient coverage at assigned site(s). Notifies supervisor if there is a staffing shortage. Leads daily workflow processes. Serves as point person for daily workflow for PSRs, supervisor and physicians at site(s). Assists staff with handling work-related concerns/issues. Monitors performance of staff in order to ensure work is carried out in accordance with established policies. Alerts supervisor of staff infractions in accordance with policies and procedures. Responsible for daily audit of charges, over-the-counter payments and bank deposit reconciliation.
