SUMMARY: Performs duties in order to provide a clean and productive work area in order to ensure the highest quality goods and services to all guests, both internal and external. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform all daily equipment cleaning tasks and clean all front-line floors nightly. Respond to and/or resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with all county, state, and federal food service laws and requirements. Follow work assignments given by the team lead to accommodate adjusted work assignments.
