Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, account management, marketing, consulting, or media. - Ability to communicate in English and Greek fluently to engage with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in hunting and acquisition within a start-up environment. - Experience in owning portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieved quotas to drive growth. - Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. - Ability to think about issues and develop recommendations and action plans, with excellent investigative skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
