As a Human Resources Director at Concord Hospitality, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and participate as a key member of the hotel’s Executive Committee. You will lead all HR functions to ensure a positive and compliant workplace culture, support staffing and talent development, and uphold Concord’s Associate First philosophy.
