As a Program Manager, CAIT , you will manage and coordinate the operational implementation of the CAIT initiative, supporting grant administration, program activities, data management, and professional development logistics. In collaboration with the Program Director, coordinate program deliverables, reporting requirements, and operational processes to ensure effective implementation. This role supports Implementation Coaches and maintains strong coordination with community partners to advance program goals and compliance with grant expectations.
