Job description

The Housing Director LALD is responsible for the overall management of the staff, site programs and building. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations and monitoring the delivery of services provided to the residents and ensure their needs are being met. This position is also responsible for assisting in developing services and/or programs to meet the needs of the resident community including public relations, marketing, human resources, financial and compliance oversight of the building and its programs. About Us: Ecumen Brooks and CountrySide is hiring a Housing Director LALD. Ecumen Brooks consists of 38 assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 12 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services. Ecumen Countryside consists of 61 assisted living rental apartment homes. Both are located in Owatonna, Minnesota.
