MO-SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles Worker Type: Regular Job Summary: Maintains all electrical distribution systems to provide efficient operation Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintains and repairs all aspects of the electrical systems throughout the facility. This includes, but is not limited to, medium voltage (4160V) through low voltage (120/208V) distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, and automatic transfer switches - Maintains emergency generation systems including diesel generators, paralleling and medium voltage switchgear. - Troubleshoots and repair motor starters, relays, variable frequency drives, HVAC and boiler controls, thermostats, and other electronic and pneumatic controls. - Works with contractors, salespersons and factory representatives in regards to repair and replacement of equipment. - Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. - Performs other duties as assigned.
