Bureau Veritas is looking for a Laboratory Technician (Entry Level) to support our Tailings operations in Edmonton. In this role, you will contribute to the production of accurate and defensible analytical data while following established laboratory procedures and safety standards. What you’ll do: - Plan and organize daily work using LIMS reports - Perform sample preparation and basic laboratory analyses - Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality protocols - Ensure accuracy and integrity of samples throughout the testing process - Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (balances, pipettes, thermal cyclers, etc.) - Meet turnaround times and quality expectations - Identify and report any deviations or non-conformances - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What you bring: - Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Petroleum/Chemical Technology) - Previous laboratory experience is an asset (1 year preferred) - Knowledge of sample handling...
