Position Summary... What you'll do... The Analytics Platform & Data Partnerships Team is looking for a Staff, Product Manager to own and evolve our enterprise Analytics platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for driving platform strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making tools, and delivering high-impact analytics capabilities for a broad and diverse user base. You will drive the development of customer personas, customer journeys, platform KPIs, key results, product requirements, and prioritization to improve overall customer experience. You will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure the platforms are scalable, reliable, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives.
