Aluminum Welder I, II, and III (Direct Placement for Client) SIGMA DESIGN has collaborated with a local industrial company seeking experienced Aluminum Welders to join their facility in Vancouver, Washington. This company works on projects for the Aerospace, Defense, Energy and Infrastructure Industries. What is offered: - Multiple options for medical, dental and vision including some with HSA and FSA options, life and disability insurance, EAP, 401K - PTO and 10 paid holidays - Salary – Welder I: $34.13, Welder II: $30.14, Welder III: $25.56 - Shift: Monday - Thursday, 10 hour shift, 1st shift. Friday - Sunday, 12 hours, first shift - Career growth – Growing department. Lead positions potentially available in future for the right candidate. Primary Function: The Welder is responsible for fabrication welding requirements including manual, semi-automatic, automatic and all-position including using oxygen/acetylene gas torch for cutting or pre-heat.
