Rate of Pay: £27.48 - £36.45 per hour Summary: We are seeking an experienced Youth Justice Operational Manager to support the delivery of high-quality services for children, young people, and families within the Youth Justice Service. The role involves leading a multi-agency team, overseeing service performance, safeguarding vulnerable children, managing risk, and driving service improvement across prevention, court, and intervention services.
