Meadow Lakes is seeking a skilled Security Guard to join our team! Meadow Lakes is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in East Windsor, NJ. We are looking for a Full Time Security Guard to join our team. Our Security Guards are responsible for the overall safety and security of the facilities and community. Responsibilities: - Respond to resident calls and requests. - Respond to calls regarding the facility and determine an appropriate course of action. - Respond to the fire alarm system, read panel, and take appropriate action. - Respond to the emergency call system and administer first aid. Meet ambulance and escort paramedics into the building. Secure apartments of residents taken to hospital. - Make rounds and check empty apartments. - Become familiar with all circuit breaker locations. - Know how to shut down the sprinkler system and drain it. - Outside patrol – making rounds during inclement weather for safety issues.
