The Customer Operations Associate administratively supports the sales team with fleet customers. This role is responsible for preparing reports, maintaining sales data and other administrative duties. YOUR IMPACT: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Manage and monitor customer orders from forecasting through shipment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive issue resolution. Serve as point of contact for key fleet customers, guiding them through the order and maintaining strong, responsive relationships.
