USE YOUR POWER FOR PURPOSE: The Training Manager/TL is key member of the MAP Operations team at the Kalamazoo site. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and executing a cGMP compliant training program and providing regular updates regarding the status of the program and its team members. Other responsibilities will be to assist the 1st shift Mgr/TL in the hiring, onboarding and training of colleagues to build the MAP operations floor team from 4 to 35 colleagues by 2030. WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE: In this role, you will: Develop and maintain defined Training offerings in compliance with good manufacturing practices (cGMP) guidelines, as well as federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines including safety, quality and environmental. Developing the vision, strategy and flexibility to be change agile for Training system for the MAP project. Partner with operations and support teams to provide updates to operations SOPs / OJTs /Curricula.
