Key Responsibilities: Principal Technologist - Microsoft Copilot Microsoft Copilot Platform: - Expert-level familiarity with M365 Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Loop, leveraging Microsoft Graph for organizational data grounding - Stay abreast of new and emerging capabilities in the M365 ecosystem as it applies to Copilot and AI integration - Proficiency with Copilot Studio for building custom agents, with working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI - Ability to construct effective natural language prompts in M365 contexts and design multi-topic conversational agents with integrated knowledge bases - Understanding of data security boundaries, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, authentication flows (OAuth, SSO, Entra ID), and r...
