The Department of Pediatrics at Stanford University is seeking two leaders in Pediatric Education. Positions are as follows: Position 1 – National Leader in Pediatric Educational Scholarship: The Stanford University, Department of Pediatrics is seeking an educational scholar to join the Department as an Associate Professor or Professor in the University Medical Line. Candidates must be board certified in Pediatrics and have a substantial record of scholarship in medical education. The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the University Medical Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Academic rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. We are seeking an educational scholar who has a history of impactful, innovative, and evidence-based publications that advance pediatric education, as well as a portfolio of funded research in education.
