The Role: We are currently hiring for a Senior Operational Excellence Consultant in our London office to lead the delivery of operational excellence initiatives across Underwriting Operations, driving efficiency, performance improvement and strategic optimisation across core processes. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead operational excellence initiatives: Deliver end-to-end continuous improvement activity across underwriting operations, embedding structured methodologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
