Trainer (PeopleSoft HR) / Training Specialist

In this role, you will support the delivery of PeopleSoft HR training for end users, power users, business stakeholders, and support teams. This role is a great fit for a dynamic training professional who can turn system functionality into practical, engaging learning experiences that drive user adoption and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions in support of PeopleSoft HR implementation, rollout, enhancements, and ongoing operations. You will bring strong presentation and facilitation skills, executive presence, and the ability to tailor content for audiences with varying levels of technical and functional expertise. You will collaborate closely with project managers, functional analysts, change management leads, and client stakeholders to develop role-based training materials, conduct instructor-led sessions, support end-user readiness, and reinforce adoption of new capabilities.
