Job description
Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in fulfillment operations, supply chain program management, sourcing/supplier management, materials program management, operations program management role, or leadership role. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading operational and strategic programs with the ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define approaches, and proactively solve problems. - Ability to build relationships, work effectively cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead cross-functionally. - Ability to take initiative with a team-oriented work style and focus on results. - Ability to grow in an environment of ambiguity and create order out of it. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with multiple levels including engineering and operations leadership teams, peers, managers and junior staff. - Ability to travel 10% of the time internationally, as needed.
