Description Position Summary: Responsible for the cash processing needs for Chinook Winds Gaming, following strict procedures to ensure Chinook Winds assets are protected. The Cage/Player Services cashier is responsible for providing exemplary guest service by greeting guests and providing accurate information on club amenities, current promotions, and general property information. Essential Functions: - Responsible for maintaining assigned bank funds while protecting company assets. - Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort strict policies and procedures. - Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort guest service standards. - Notify Supervisor of guest complaints and concerns. - Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs and services. - Cashes jackpot tickets - Cuts and counts Casino Chips for redemption. - Performs money transactions for checks, cash advances on a credit card and point redemption vouchers. - Complies with rules and regulations pertaining to Title 31 of the Bank Secrecy Act through compliance software. - Participates in Slot Drop as a runner. - Re...
