Position Highlights: - Position: Performance Improvement Coordinator - Location: Elmhurst, IL - Part Time: 28 hours per week - Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p - Required Travel: Float to all Endeavor locations What you will need: Minimum Education Level Minimum Licensure Requirements and Minimum Certification Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree or higher required, preferred in clinically-focused area such as RN, OT, PT, pharmacist, health information technology, or other healthcare-related degree with (MS preferred) - REQUIRED: State of Illinois licensure in medically-related field (RN, PT, OT, SLP, pharmacist) or CPPS/CPHQ, LEAN/Six Sigma Certification and/or similar training Minimum Work Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience or formal training and/or certification in PI or team facilitation including leading projects or system improvement teams.
