Description Markon is seeking a Business/Financial Manager to support our Intelligence Customer with Customer Account Management responsibilities for the SLA lifestyle. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of annual pricing and cost estimates. Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout their lifecycle, including creation, revisions, renewals, and closeout. Serve as a primary liaison with customers to provide timely project cost proposals and ensure contractual compliance. Support the development, tracking, and maintenance of project budgets; work with Government managers and project managers to provide updates and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and review monthly financial statements and accruals to ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate with Government finance offices and internal teams to reconcile expenditures and address discrepancies. Support procurement actions through cost analysis, vendor coordination, and documentation review.
