Job description

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the property, protecting guests, team members, and company assets while delivering exceptional guest service. Responsible for maintaining security protection on property, including money transactions, customer service and performing command center/dispatch functions. Check ID's and ensure all guests are at least 21 years of age to enter the casino. Observe and report disruptive or intoxicated people Respond to security concerns in a prompt and efficient manner Provide medical attention in emergency situations to guests Provides assistance and service to guests and Team Members Ability to effectively communicate over dispatch radio Security Officers will routinely patrol assigned areas while providing guest assistance, being alert for suspicious circumstances or individuals, gaming violations, possible theft, safety hazards or related concerns, medical emergencies, or damage to properties The Security Officer must know where all emergency equipment exists (phones, fire extinguishers, emergency exit’s, etc.) Reporting warranted security intervention immediately to Security Dispatch Must be prepared to resp...
