TITLE: 4-H Youth YEA-Reap Program Assistant DEPARTMENT: Cooperative Extension: REPORTS TO: 4-H Program Leader: CLASSIFICATION: Student - Temporary: EFFECTIVE DATE: TBD: STANDARD WORK HOURS: 20 hours per week EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part-Time: EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt: JOB SUMMARY: The YEA-REAP Program Assistant will support planning, coordination, and evaluation of the YEA-REAP program including the YEA-REAP Summer Camp. This undergraduate position plays a key role in logistics preparation, evaluation activities, and multimedia data collection designed to capture program results and produce materials for program improvement and sponsor engagement. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Assist with pre-camp planning and logistics, including scheduling, communication, and coordination with camp staff - Support development and preparation of camp evaluation tools and data collection materials - Help organize structured digital systems for surveys, feedback, and other camp evaluation activities - Coordinate video documentation processes for camper reflections and camp activities - Assist with setup of secure systems for campers to record and upload videos - Prepare prompts and guided quest...
