Our Mission: Enable everyone to affordably make their house a home Job Summary: The Distribution Center Trainer is responsible for providing training to team members to safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current team members - Works cartons and pallets throughout the Distribution Center - Receiving (unloading pallets and/or cartons) - Sorting cartons onto pallets - Loading (loading pallets onto outbound trailers) - Follow directions provided by Leads or Managers Qualifications & Competencies: When you’re a part of our team, you have the full support of a diverse, close-knit team in our stores.
