Job DetailsJob Location: Community Support Services - Akron, OH 44311Position Type: Full Time (40 Hours)Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.50 Hourly$500 Signing Bonus for full-time positions The Opportunity: We are seeking to hire a Residential Aide to join our Residential Treatment Teams. This individual will provide assistance to residents in various residential settings in the community and will provide training and support to the extent determined by each individual’s service plan. This role is different from many Residential Aide positions as these are hands-off facilities – there is no expectation for bathing, dressing, grooming, etc. of residents. Seeking to Fill: 2nd shift 3:00 – 11:00 pm – full-time (Tues-Sat) 2nd shift 3:00 – 11:00 pm – full-time (Fri-Tues) What You’ll Do: Implement programming on a one-on-one training basis. Assist in the formulation of the individual’s service plan, when appropriate. Make observations and complete progress notes in accordance with established agency procedures.
