Director of Product, Under the Roof Tech

About The Role As Director of Product for Under the Roof, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for all technology that powers Veho’s warehouse operations. This is a Director-level role (People Leader + IC Hybrid), reporting to the VP Product. You will be responsible for the technology that makes our ground operations productive, visible, and enforceable across every facility in the network. Your product portfolio spans Warehouse Management, Operator and Supervisor Tooling, Facility Orchestration, Facility Configuration and Capacity Management, Labor Planning, Launch (driver dispatch), and Exception Management. You will lead Product Manager(s) and carry direct product ownership over several of these areas yourself. This role sits at the intersection of software and physical operations. You will partner tightly with Process Engineering (who owns the physical processes, standards, and layouts), Network and Transportation Tech (who owns the technology for package movement between facilities), and Ground Operations (who execute shifts every day using the tools you build). The products you ship will directly impact Units Per Hour, defect rates, package loss, container...
