What You’ll Do: Under the leadership of the Store Manager, the Lead Sales Associate is a member of the Donated Goods Retail Operations team and is tasked with assisting the Store Manager with daily processing operations and the continued development of team members, clients and volunteers. This position will also help identify opportunities for the personal and professional growth of employees in support of Goodwill’s mission. Job Type: Full-time: Shift: 8-hour shift, scheduled for 40-hours per week Weekend availability: Essential Functions: Greet customers, assist with store operations and product inquiries, and ensure positive customer experiences.
