Support Worker (Enablement Practitioner) Salary: £15.69 per hour: Location: Bournemouth, Dorset: Type of Contract: Permanent: Hours of work : Full time wake nights and Days Whilst PBS4 holds a sponsorship license, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship to any new applicants to PBS4. He has a with a diagnosis of Learning disabilities, autism and diabetes. Henry is a gentleman who enjoys watching football, movies, and soaps such as Eastenders & Emmerdale. He also loves going to the shops, walking and painting. We are looking for team members who are patient and can take the time to listen to Henry. You will need to be confident and able to reassure him when he is feeling anxious, especially around his diabetes, as this can cause him great anxiety, if he feels that staff are not leading on this to help him feel safe. Team members must have the ability to give clear boundaries whilst maintaining a trusting relationship with Henry.
