POSITION SUMMARY: The Competency Center Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with various customer contacts by promoting solutions and services while growing sales and profitability. This position serves as the key point of contact between the customer and multiple internal department contacts within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that all obligations within a customer contract on met on time by both parties. This position can be full time remote in the Gainsville area ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Schedule, create, and lead quarterly business reviews. •Formulate medium to long-range sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of customers. •Develop and implement a strategic customer growth roadmap/plan with the focus on implementing new business awards and building customer dependences. •Aggressively pursue additional sales opportunities and proactively drive opportunities to successful closure. •Engage customer contacts to initiate contract renewal process, and ensure contracts are renewed on time. •Monitor competitive activity in each account and ensure...
