MEDITECH Expanse Command Center Analyst (SUR / IDM)

Classification: Contract Contract Length: 12 months Position Summary: CereCore is seeking a MEDITECH Expanse Analyst to join our team as a member of the HCA Command Center group. In this role, the analyst will support the implementation and ongoing optimization of MEDITECH Expanse applications across the HCA enterprise. This position works closely with clinical, technical and operational stakeholders to ensure that Expanse solutions align with HCA’s strategic vision while addressing system, content and workflow issues in a collaborative and timely manner. This position will require travel to Nashville TN as well as remote work from home. Travel expected 25-50% depending on business needs. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Provides hands-on technical leadership for the analysis, implementation, and support of MEDITECH Expanse application and standards. - Provides command center leadership and support for the resolution of Expanse application, content, and workflow issues. - Utilize Service Central for ticket management to include end user contact, triaging, escalation, and resolution. - Act as point contact for product while on shift during go-lives to resolve issues. - Collaborate...
